The round was led by SSCILF, with co-investment from Zhongguancun Science City Fund (Beijing) and Minhang Financial Investment. Existing investors including China Reform Fund, Beijing Pharmaceutical Health Industry Investment Fund, Greenwaters Fund, FreeS Fund, Qisheng Capital, CTID and LSV Capital all participated in follow-on investments. Proceeds from this financing will support the development and project implementation of the cell pyroptosis biological regulation new drug R&D platform at its Shanghai subsidiary, advance multiple clinical programs under the small-molecule immune modulator R&D platform in Beijing, accelerate research progress of several preclinical candidates, and further expand its therapeutic pipeline. Leveraging the resource advantages of Beijing and Shanghai, the company will contribute to the sustainable growth of China’s pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
